We recently moved to a new system called SHIELD. As of May 19, 2026, the platforms you may have used before — including the Client Portal and the Online Audit Tool — have been replaced.
This short guide will ask you a few questions to help determine exactly what you need to do to access SHIELD and what to expect along the way.

You will need to create a new account in SHIELD to access online training going forward.
Your training records from the previous platform are not displayed in SHIELD, but are archived and accessible through the Construction Safety Association of Manitoba if you ever need them. Any online training you complete going forward will be recorded directly in your new SHIELD account.
